The network is the foundation. We build it like one.
Every smart home, cinema and office we build stands on its network — so we design those first, to floor plans and fabric, not guesswork. UniFi Wi-Fi, structured cabling, FortiGate security, and Microsoft 365 with managed support for small businesses across London and Kent.
Cut a link, watch the failover →Small-business IT, run like it matters.
Most small firms get one of two things: a big MSP that treats them as ticket volume, or a one-man band who disappears on holiday. We run a short client list on purpose — every network we manage is documented to the same standard we’d demand taking one over, and monitored so we usually know before you do.
Security isn’t an add-on line item. MFA, conditional access, tested backups and segmented networks are the baseline configuration, not the premium tier.
Our Wi-Fi is terrible. New router, or something more?
Usually something more. One router — however expensive — can’t cover a solid-walled London terrace or a three-floor office. The fix is multiple wired access points in the right positions, which is a design job first and a hardware job second. A survey tells us how many and where.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, and we do it without drama. We audit what exists, transfer the Microsoft 365 tenant and domain control into your ownership, document everything, and only then switch support over. If your current provider holds your credentials hostage — it happens — we know the escalation routes.
We inherited a UniFi network nobody documented — can you support it?
Yes — that’s routine work for us. We audit the controller and every device, map what’s actually cabled, bring firmware and security up to date, and hand you a documented network — with ongoing monitoring if you want it. Half-finished and abandoned installs welcome.
We're a five-person company. Are we too small?
No — you’re exactly who gets underserved. Five people still need email that works, files that are backed up, and a network that doesn’t fall over. Support is priced per user per month, so small stays affordable.
Do you do one-off jobs, or only contracts?
Both. Plenty of clients start with a single project — a cabling job, a 365 migration, a firewall install — and add monitoring later once they’ve seen the documentation we hand over. No project requires a support contract.
Slow Wi-Fi, a tangled tenant, or an office move coming up?
Describe the symptom — we’ll diagnose the cause and quote the fix, in plain English, within one working day.
