Tautiss / AB — About

Two cousins. Three trades. One standard.

Tautiss was founded in 2026 by two cousins who kept meeting the same problem from different sides: Iulian from years in London’s AV and smart home integration sector, working on high-end residential projects; Marius from the electrical and installation side that those projects depend on. Systems failed at the seams between trades — so we removed the seams.

AB — 01Why we exist

Built on the jobs we were called in to fix.

Before Tautiss had a name, it had a case load: smart homes abandoned mid-project by installers who vanished, racks with five hundred unlabelled cables, businesses locked out of their own Microsoft accounts, and yachts whose “redundant” networks had never actually been failed over. Every one of those rescues taught the same lesson — the expensive part is never the equipment, it’s the missing engineering discipline around it.

So that discipline is the company. Fixed quotations against drawings. Cabling tested and labelled at both ends. Credentials handed over in the client’s name. Documentation good enough that any competent engineer — including one who isn’t us — could pick up where we left off. We’d rather lose a job for being thorough at survey than win it and improvise on site.

AB — 02How we decide things

Four rules we don’t bend.

Specify what’s right, not what’s stocked

If the best answer for your project is a platform we don’t sell, we’ll say so. A recommendation you can’t trust is worthless.

No documentation, no handover

A project isn’t finished when it works. It’s finished when it’s drawn, labelled and explained.

Your system, your keys

Admin credentials sit in your name from day one. Clients stay because the work is good, never because they’re trapped.

Fixed price, or a reason why not

Surveys produce itemised quotations. Where genuine unknowns exist — old buildings hide things — we ring-fence them explicitly instead of padding everything.

Systems & Integration

Iulian

Control4-certified — design, programming and commissioning across Control4, networking and IT, with hands-on Crestron experience and a background in London’s high-end residential integration. The one drawing the topologies and dressing the racks.

Operations & Installation

Marius

Electrical and installation lead — first fix to final certification. The reason the containment is straight, the loads add up, and the programme holds when three trades share one site.

Photographs of the team and our work are being added as projects complete — we’d rather show you real racks than stock imagery.

Sound like the way you’d want it done?

Start with a conversation. If we’re not the right fit for the job, we’ll tell you who is.
